The public directory does not require an account. Administrator sign-in uses Google OAuth and a secure session cookie. Administrative actions record the actor, change, justification, and timestamp for accountability.

Hosting providers may process technical request logs. No newsletter, advertising, or customer fishing logs are implemented. This notice must be reviewed with the production operator’s contact and retention policy before launch.
